| carried away with... :) One thing I noticed was that it appears you have milled the head but not the deck of the block. In my experience with I6 engines I would recommend you mill the block deck just enough to clean up the surface. It wont cost you much to do either. Looking through your list of candy you are putting onto this motor as well as the time you are taking (noting the comp polishing), dont forget to address the bigger things. :) I presume you'll be using a Cometic head gasket during assembly - those type of gaskets are very sensitive to small variations in the surface finish of the head and block. The heads look great but I felt I should say something about the block. From the pics it is easy to see that the cylinders have been bored and honed, but I wouldn't expect you are taking it to someone else to have the block deck machined. If you are going to have it machined before assembly then please forgive me. Also, not sure what engine management you're going to use, but I've had a lot of experience using Z32 ECUs to run and tune these engines. Several Silvias now under the belt powered by RBs. :) Feel free to rattle my cage anytime...
